Yes, proper wall preparation is essential to ensure the longevity and quality. Thoroughly clean the wall surface to remove dirt, grease, or any loose paint, using mild detergent and water. For exterior walls, ensure the surface is completely dry to prevent moisture issues. Proper preparation not only makes for a flawless finish but also maximizes the durability of the artwork.
Types of finishes depend on your project, price will differ based on finish.
Flat/Matte:
Sheen- No shine, absorbs light
Pros- Excellent at hiding wall imperfections, soft look
Cons- Least durable, difficult to clean
Best for- Ceilings, low-traffic areas, imperfect walls
Eggshell:
Sheen- Low, soft glow, like an eggshell
Pros- More washable than flat, good at hiding flaws
Best for- Living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms
Satin:
Sheen- Medium, pearl-like, smooth finish
Pros- Very easy to clean, durable, good moisture resistance
Best for- Kitchens, bathrooms, family rooms, hallways
Semi-Gloss:
Sheen- Noticeable shine, luminous
Pros- Very durable, moisture-resistant, easy to clean
Best for- Trim, doors, cabinets, utility areas, kitchens, bathrooms
High-Gloss:
Sheen- Very shiny, glass-like, highly reflective
Pros- Most durable, easiest to clean, striking appearance
Best for- Doors, cabinets, furniture, accent walls, trim

The time required to complete a mural varies depending on the mural's size, complexity, and level of detail. On average, a mural can take anywhere from several days to a few weeks to finish. After your consultation, I will sketch the design to be reviewed then be able to give you a time frame for completion. Clients are kept informed throughout the process to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
It's best to book 2-6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons.
Yes! Travel is available outside of my current working area and may include an additional fee depending on distance.

I use high-quality, professional-grade paints designed for durability, vibrancy, and longevity.
Minor adjustments are welcome during the painting process. Larger changes or additions may incur an additional fee.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled with adequate notice- within 48-72 hours of painting day.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation policy for all commissioned mural projects. Once a mural commission is agreed upon, a non-refundable deposit secures your project in our schedule. If you choose to cancel more than 3 days before the agreed start date, we will refund any payments made beyond the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover preliminary design and preparation costs. In cases where work has already commenced, full payment will be required for the completed portion of the project. This policy ensures commitment on both sides while respecting the time and creative effort invested in your commissioned artwork. For any cancellation requests, please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
